SPIRE: The 5 Elements of Wholebeing Health
"Wholebeing" is a shortened version of "wholeperson wellbeing," and breaks down the component parts of a happy and antifragile life. Harvard psychologist, Tal Ben-Sharar, created a useful construct to organize the emerging research on wholebeing health. This construct is contained in the acronym "SPIRE."
The next few slides will introduce you to each of the "SPIRE" elements.

There is almost universal agreement between the disciplines of psychology, economics, philosophy, and neuroscience that intentional focus in these five areas is what leads to wholeperson wellbeing and happiness.
